DELIVERY
Once we have received your booking we will contact you and organise delivery £9.99. You will receive your designer rental bag by next day delivery in discreet boxed packaging. Just sign for the delivery when it arrives. Keep the packaging for return. Order documentation will be enclosed please read it carefully it contains important information.

RETURNS
You will be given details of the date that you will be required to return your designer rental bag. Package your bag in the same way as it arrived in its original protective packaging and box. Take it to the Post Office with the FREEPOST label and ask them to return it to us. That’s it…….simple.
